Our own in-house range of Designer Acetates is easy to use and helps you to make beautiful special cards for all sorts of occassions.
They are black images on clear acetate which you can decorate in a variety of ways - you can glitter them, decorate them with permanent markers, glass paints or even with foils using a foil gun.
They also can look striking if you simply mount undecorated images on card or our White Illusion sheets.
You can further embelish them with jewels - look at Gallery examples where we have used our Cluster Jewels to great effect.
Our favourite way of decorating Designer Acetates is glittering and using markers which you can do separately or combine them for beautiful effects
We use fine glitters, antistatic bag, and a very good PVA glue
(Our glues are top of the market extra strengh craft glues and we highly recommend them)
When sticking glitters to acetate (or card) you really need to have a very good glue and an antistatic bag.
As to the glitters - see what you have at home - most makes would be fine.
But if you do not have them yet or want to add a colour trat yourself to our best quality fine glitters (only 89p but as good as any on the market)
Markers must be permanent - check what you already have (eg promarkers are fine ) We do sell a very well established brand of markers which can be used both for decorating acetates and peel-offs ( and good for other craft uses)
